Section 2: Order and Return Policies
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible to return it.

Returns and Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
For U.S. customers, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available for eligible items, including apparel (for size changes), unused trays or silicone accessories (for color swaps), and unopened cones or papers of the same price.

Non-Returnable Items

- Route Package Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped, as the coverage becomes active at the time of fulfillment.

By enrolling in a subscription or automatic reorder program, you authorize Blazy Susan LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the products and frequency you choose at checkout.

Cancellation and Modification

Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to the next billing cycle.
